Mossley Academy gave the perfect answer to last Thursday's tired defeat to Skelmersdale United with a much better display to win the return game 4-1 on Monday afternoon.

Niblock scored for Skem before half time but Marco Nwawa equalised early in the second half.

Further goals by Nwawa, Isaac Lopez and Kian Hepburn gave Mossley a resounding victory.

Skelmersdale's defeat by Mossley means Runcorn Linnets have won the division and will go forward to play Southern Champions Chesham United later in May. Mossley can still finish second if they beat Radcliffe at Seel Park and Ossett fal to beat Skem in the last games of the season on Thursday
